WHAT INFORMATION DOES COMPANY COLLECT?

Registration Information:
The types of Registration Information collected includes name, email address, company, and sales information. As a user of Company services, we also keep information necessary to manage your personal computer access. The Registration Information you provide is used for such purposes as sales, business development, and communicating with you about your account.
Registration Information Collected Automatically:
We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our Web site or MotionDSP services. MotionDSP automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address and the page you requested. If you are a subscriber to Fixmymovie.com, our system maintains server logs on the types and quantity of transferred data for each user, and the types of videos that you upload, their length, and the time our server farm spent processing your videos.Generally, our services automatically collect usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our site and its components, similar to TV ratings that indicate how many people watched a particular show. We also collect and store information about your media consumption while using our service for several purposes, including allowing us to improve the quality and desirability of our services. s part of this use of information, we may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our customers, collectively, use our site. MotionDSP never discloses aggregate information to a partner in a manner that would identify you personally.
User Content Collected:
When you choose to upload User Content to our servers, for instance when using Company services that make your videos and still images available to you, and when you share your files with others, we store these files on our servers and on Amazon’s S3 storage service in order to provide such access. We have no control over what Amazon S3 does with that information.
What About Cookies?
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your browser to enable certain features of our service. With the exception of the main login identification cookie, Company cookies only exist on your hard drive while you are logged in as a subscriber and are deleted upon logout. It is required for subscribers that cookies be allowed while logged in to the Company service.
SHARING OF USER INFORMATION RECEIVED
We neither rent nor sell your User Information to anyone. We share your Registration Information only with our affiliates as required to deliver you services as described below. OUR COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Your MotionDSP account personal information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. During our free consumer beta period, we are offering our services for free, and do not collect any credit card information from Users. When we implement that feature in the future, we will use industry-standard 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to protect the security of your personal information during transmission. This software will encrypt all of the information you input.
OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
