Overview
Ikena Reveal is a video enhancement software package for security and surveillance applications. Able to run on any Windows PC (laptop or desktop), its powerful multi-frame enhancement technology can quickly and dramatically improve poor video from digital sources: surveillance cameras, aerial platforms, and even mobile phones and digital cameras.
Ikena Reveal can read and enhance most video file formats, automatically brightening dark scenes, removing noise and compression artifacts and increasing video resolution by factors up to 4x.
Technology
MotionDSP’s technology extracts information from multiple frames of video, uncovering details not visible in the original sequence. Ikena Reveal can then output both enhanced video sequences and high-resolution stills. Unlike standard frame-averaging techniques, Ikena Reveal's algorithms are capable of tracking complex motion, and can therefore enhance both moving and non-moving objects, and complex scenes which combine both camera motion and object motion.
