MotionDSP to Present Ikena at 20th Anniversary LEVA Conference in Ft. Worth, TX, November 18-19th, 2009

November 9, 2009 – MotionDSP invites attendees of the 2009 Law Enforcement and Emergency Services Video Association (LEVA) Conference to visit MotionDSP at booth #24 of the Exhibitor Hall for a live demonstration of the latest release of Ikena™, MotionDSP’s super-resolution video enhancement software for forensics. The Ikena product team will demonstrate how Ikena provides cutting-edge video forensics capabilities and dramatically improves productivity of video forensics labs.

Extracting important forensic details from dark, noisy, low-resolution, and shaky videos has never been more accessible. Developed from scratch with the leading research in super-resolution, Ikena for Windows® is designed to enhance both digital video (e.g., from IP cameras, cell phones, and YouTube) and video from traditional analog sources. While other video forensics products require hours of manual work, Ikena™ automates super-resolution processing in a few, simple steps, so that users can quickly and easily enhance faces, identify objects and read license plates.

Ikena™ was created in partnership with InQTel, the strategic investment arm of U.S. intelligence agencies, and is currently in use with the Secret Service, London Metropolitan Police, and various public and private video forensic labs worldwide.

For more information on Ikena, visit the Ikena website.

MotionDSP is a proud sponsor of the 20th Anniversary LEVA Conference, which takes place at the Hilton Fort Worth in Fort Worth, Texas, on November 18-19, 2009. For more information on the 2009 LEVA Conference, visit the official LEVA website.
